The space - the hotel is stunning, a perfect blend of traditional and modern, an experience in itself. The breakfast was very good, even though it felt a bit more western. We also enjoyed the welcome drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Managed to book the private onsen (for a very reasonable price!) which was nice after doing the whole Hakone loop. The location was also great, a 10minute walk from the Hakone-Yumoto station. Appreciated the possibility to use the lockers even after checkout.

Beautiful accommodation. We had a double with bathroom and it was perfect for a few days stay. Staff were wonderful, breakfasts good and the welcome drink much appreciated.

Just an awesome experience, great hotel in super location for experiencing the area. Easy walk to train station. Nice Brekky, lovely place to relax in the evening and the private onsen was just the thing after a long day walking. We loved the place and highly recommend it.
