Everything was better than expected. I thought for the price it will be a total capsule hotel but the staff were so nice and accommodating. They spoke english perfectly and the environment was so cozy, props!

Great place to stay in Hakone. The staff gave good tips for what to do in the area. The fire place in the evening was really nice, and the food options were delicious for dinner. We felt tired after a day of hiking and it was nice to just have a meal and drink at the accomodation.
