Loved the lazy day clothes, the beautiful tranquil private onsen, the incredible menu, made up especially for this fussy vegetarian. It was out of this world! Cannot appreciate your efforts enough. The restaurant staff were especially attentive and kind. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

This hotel is just beautiful and the service was amazing! I highly recommend staying at Nol if you want to visit Hakone but in luxury. The private onsen is so worth it and the shuttle service makes it easy to enjoy some sight seeing. But it’s truly wonderful to just enjoy the hotel and gardens etc. Loved the calm vibe.

⸻ 10/10 — Highly recommended! This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is incredibly clean, beautiful, and уютный. The onsen is wonderful — very relaxing, with few people, which creates a perfect atmosphere of peace and quiet. We truly enjoyed every moment here and spent an unforgettable time at the hotel. It’s a place where you can fully relax and recharge. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff — very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel itself feels new, fresh, and extremely comfortable. We would definitely love to come back again. If we return to Hakone, we will choose only this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone!
