The room exceeded our expectations, it was clean, modern, had a bathtub/onsen in the shower. The soap provided smelt amazing. Larger room than expected, comfy bed, beautiful traditional looking robes, very secure. Great access to wifi. Finding the hotel was really easy and just off the main road. Very quiet and luxurious. I would stay here again.

We had a superior room with an outdoor onsen and it was magical. There is absolutely nothing negative about this hotel and it felt like we should have been on a honeymoon! Thank you for such a pleasant stay
