Fantastic resort in Hakone. Really helpful staff on reception. (I had booked not realising dinner was included and didn’t need it one of the nights so they helped me cancel this and organised a slightly different dinner the next night to go with some of the parties dietary requirements) The breakfast had a great selection The hot baths were clean and well kept Close to a bus to get into the centre and also shuttle option from the train station for 200yen Would love to stay here again
