To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Station. The shuttle is available between 09:00-18:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests with a dinner-inclusive plan must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. A French cuisine will be prepared. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Please note that the hotel cannot accommodate special dietary requests such as food allergies.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly well-prepared and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The entire experience gave us a true sense of Japan’s spirit,calm, welcoming, and beautifully detailed. We absolutely adored the rooms, and the peace and quiet of the place made it feel like a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

We stayed in an older room which hasn’t been renovated but it was good value and huge. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and nibbles on the balcony and the onsen. The restaurant is very formal so we didn’t try it. It’s about a 15 min walk up the hill from the station (as are many hotels) but the shuttle was very efficient (finishes 5pm)

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by hills and trees. Very convenient for the ropeway and various museums. Staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus made getting around easier.
