To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Station. The shuttle is available between 09:00-18:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests with a dinner-inclusive plan must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. A French cuisine will be prepared. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Please note that the hotel cannot accommodate special dietary requests such as food allergies.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Fantastic hotel,.surrounded by woods, close to public transport. Nice in and outside onsen. French restaurant is superb.

The shuttle from Gora station to the hotel was nice. The room was spacious and very clean with a modern bath. The Onsen and Sauna was great to relax
