To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Station. The shuttle is available between 09:00-18:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests with a dinner-inclusive plan must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. A French cuisine will be prepared. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Please note that the hotel cannot accommodate special dietary requests such as food allergies.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The dinner was amazing, the renovated rooms were clean, beds comfortable and well equipped. Staff very efficient. Hotel shuttle was fast and convenient. There’s a ‘happy hour’ period with free flow alcohol but lucky we didn’t imbibe too much as the wine list with dinner was fantastic and reasonably priced.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The walk to the hotel is a bit tiring, but still easily manageable for a middle-aged couple, and you can visit Hakone Gora Park on the way. There’s also a shuttle bus available if needed. We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, and the staff were very kind. The onsen was nice as well — although we visited another one later in our trip that we preferred.

Generous sized room and well appointed and modern, very clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The onsen were lovely and great to have the indoor and outdoor option. As a first-timer in an onsen it was useful to have the information and etiquette sheet and the staff were very helpful. The free happy hour was also fun!
