The hot springs facility is spacious and great. Massage machines are available free of charge which was awesome. We enjoyed the selected course dinner. The quality of beef meat was amazing.

The choice of onset baths was very good The staff were very helpful The Japanese style room was a pleasant surprise Breakfast was good. Overall , generally good

The room was huge and had plenty of room to spread out. There was a lovely view down the valley. Our son enjoyed the novelty of sleeping on tatami mats, but there were also western style beds provided. We chose not to include meals with our stay. Our family made use of a private onsen booking, and I also used the outdoor onsen which was a unique experience, beautiful in the early morning.

Great peaceful location up in the mountains but just 10 -15 minutes walk down to Hakone Yumoto. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great facilities, beautiful Onsen and delicious food.
