Everything was perfect as expected. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Private onsen on the balcony with Mountain View in the room was great, enjoyed the exquisite Japanese and Western cuisine dinner and breakfast in the room carefully designed by the chef. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially Miss Jun who throughout the dinner , explained and introduced each dish in fluent English, including the origin of the ingredients and cooking methods.

Hot springs were perfect and the view was amazing. The hotel concierges were super friendly and even gave us recommendations for the next stage of our trip.
