Clean and comfortable for our room with western style bed. But our friend’s room with futon was not as comfortable and it is difficult to get out to the balcony

Had a wonderful stay. The facilities were clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained—perfect for unwinding. The service was truly exceptional; the staff were warm, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. And the food? Absolutely delicious—every meal was a highlight. Would definitely come back!

Amazing from start to finish. The staff were delightful, the food was interesting and delicious. The room was so comfortable and a wonderful space to really relax after a few days in Tokyo.
