An advance reservation is required for Yamazakura teppanyaki restaurant.The hot spring public baths are open from 06:00 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 24:00.Dinner for guests with dinner-included plans will be served at 18:00 and the guests will be served French meals.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The room was spacious with a large window and an open view to the lake. Parking is available for the guest. The room was comfortable and the in-house public bath was a bonus feature for us.

The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming, the room was enormous especially for Japan, and with the lake view from which you could clearly see mount Fuji, absolutely brilliant. The location was very good right next to the pirate ship jetty so you could start 1st thing on the famous Hakone free pass (it's not free) round trip.

A fabulous hotel with stunning lake views. Such a treat the see a beautiful sunset on the day we arrived. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely bath. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend a stay here. A very calm, relaxing place.
