An advance reservation is required for Yamazakura teppanyaki restaurant.The hot spring public baths are open from 06:00 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 24:00.Dinner for guests with dinner-included plans will be served at 18:00 and the guests will be served French meals.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Huge room, fabulous view of lake Ashi and Mt Fuji. Close to the ferry, bus stop outside. Plenty of restaurants close by too. Staff all excellent and very helpful. The guest lounge room , was great, nice coffee machine and soft drink selection was good.

Beautiful location and very serene. Room had stunning views of Lake Ashi and on a good day, can easily spot Mt Fuji. Super easy access to the ferry and pirate ship cruise to Togendaj.

We chose this hotel for its view over Lake Ashi and it definitely didn’t disappoint - the views are fabulous! We even saw Mount Fuji on our last morning, when we opened the curtains. The staff were courteous and our room was clean. It was nice to have a welcome drink when we arrived. Although our room did have a view of the lake, it was also impeded by the hotel wing, so a room further down the corridor would have better views. Other reviews write that everything closes early in the evenings, however we found a newly opened restaurant which serves Mediterranean food right next to the hotel, where we ate one night and a little Japanese restaurant further up the road on the opposite side to the hotel which we booked a table at for the following night.
