Hakone Doma has been, without a doubt, the most incredible experience I’ve ever had through Booking. The property is nothing short of perfection: luxurious and spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully equipped, and located in one of the most ideal spots in Hakone. And of course, there is Mr. Mori, the host, who truly embodies Japanese hospitality. His attention to detail, kindness, and availability are exceptional, and he consistently goes far beyond anything one could expect to accommodate every request. Thanks to him, our stay felt like a magical, unforgettable escape. We spent a truly memorable week — a dream-like stay that will remain with us for a long time. We will return with great pleasure as soon as we have the chance. I recommend this place a thousand percent.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautifully prepared, with a fantastic bath and sauna, and every detail was carefully arranged. The host was incredibly kind, informative, and generous with his time - his recommendations on food and activities made our stay extra special.
