True Japanese Ryokan experience! The staff were spectacular, the food was out of this world!! The room, atmosphere everything was perfect. We loved the public onsen and my husband was still allowed to enter with his tattoos since the hotel was not busy. Our little onsen in our room was amazing too! Overall this was an amazing experience and we definitely recommend it! The staff were so so so friendly and welcoming!!

Everything was pure perfection! My wife and I loved staying here! Sublime service by all staff, chef’s food was a gastronomic adventure in the best way possible, grounds were stunning, onsen was clean and relaxing, our house was perfect and our favourite part was our house server “Kyoko” we have never experienced such gentle, homely and professional care as with her! Thank you! And see you again!
