Spending at least one night at Fukuzumiro's Ryokan Onsen is a dream come true. It's unparalleled. It has been a wonderful honor to enjoy such a unique Edo-period building, a Japanese heritage site, on the banks of a beautiful river in an incomparable natural place. A luxury every human being should be able to afford before they die. Divine.

I had a wonderful experience here thanks to the kind and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcome. They even used Google Translate to help explain the facilities and meals, which was incredibly thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the onsens were spotless and easy to use. My room was comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the river. We also enjoyed a peaceful morning stroll through the garden before breakfast. The staff were very helpful in arranging luggage forwarding, making our stay even more convenient. If you're looking for an authentic and memorable stay, this is the perfect place.

Absolutely lovely experience in this beautiful and authentic ryokan. The staff were super welcoming and friendly, the onsen relaxing, and the surroundings peaceful yet close to transportation. The room, all tatami floor, had its own balcony overlooking the river. So happy I decided to book it!
