It was spacious, everything was new and convenient and was it was just amazing, it was a really beautiful place for our family to stay. Walking distance from restaurants and Kombini and a quick uber to the station. The owner helped us with our luggage up (probably the only let down is there is no lift) but we can’t complain it was a superb stay- THANK YOU 🇦🇺

This space was comfortable, clean and good value. The bed was nice and all the toiletries and cleanliness/amenities were good. The check in/out is easy as you are emailed and sent all the instructions via booking.com message function. It is quite large with studio bed and lounge, separate toilet and separate vanity/shower/bath room. The only thing to note is that if you are coming from Hakone-Yumoto station, it is a bit of a walk and up a large hill. I had a heavy suitcase and had to wheel it up and down the hill. Taxi options seemed expensive and it didn't bother me too much but if you have accessibility needs, this would be quite hard without transport. Overall a lovely stay and very happy with everything :)

This hotel is excellent and great value for money. The room was extremely clean with a large, comfortable bed, and even a small kitchen where we could cook during our stay. The bathroom was immaculate, with a separate shower and toilet. Although the area is quiet and there aren’t many shops nearby, it’s conveniently located about a 3–5 minute walk from a 7-Eleven, which was very handy. The peaceful setting provided the perfect atmosphere for us to spend quality time with friends—cooking together, eating together, and enjoying some nice drinks.

The bed room has smell from the couch which can be turned to a bed. Bedroom size is big. It has a kitchen but we didnt use it. Bathroom water pressure is very good maybe because Hakone is a hot spring town.
