The staff were waiting for us at the road entrance to help with valet parking and luggage. Pack light as the access is via stairs. Amazing staff who guided us on the facilities and the room until we were settled. Dinner &breakfast served in dining area. We had sukiyaki dinner-inform them early about allergies or restrictions. We ordered 1 western breakfast and 1 Japanese breakfast(salmon).

Wow wow wow! Beautiful hotell with the best staff. The rooms are spacious and really pretty. Perfect with the private onsen on the balcony for a morning session. You also get a 45 min time slot in the private onsen

We stayed one night in March. Hospitality and service excellent. Private and public onsen very relaxing. The Japanese food was delicious. The private bath tub on the balcony peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definately recommend and hopefully one day we will be back to stay again.

The staff were incredible, very nice and responsive. We wanted to hike around Hakone before checkin hours and after check-list hours. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception on both days. They were even so nice as to drive us to the bus station in the afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were typical Japanese food of very good staff with good service. The room we had had a nice private bath on the balcony, perfect to relax surrounded by trees around.
