The hospitality was off the charts! We were welcomed with a smile and a delicious cup of tea. The house was beautiful, clean and well decorated. Even got a beautiful little souvenir as a permanent memory to take back home. 10/10, would recommend to everyone that is visiting or planning to visit Hakodate!

A lovely guesthouse in a good location in Hakodate. It felt more like a family home than a B&B/guesthouse. The owners were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. We wished we had stayed for longer and if we ever go back to Hakodate we'd (hopefully) stay at Pension Jokura again.
