There was free coffee, tea, juice, and sweets in the lobby for hotel guests in the afternoon and evening! Also, they made the effort to go above and beyond since it was our honeymoon ☺️

Though in term of facilities provided by the hotel are lacking e.g. onsen or onsite parking, its spacious room with a view of Hakodate ropeway, the room cleanliness and the staff who provided a friendly and excellent service with their prompt action to our requests have given me and my family an exceptional & enjoyable stay at Hakodate. And it is located close to hakodate ropeway and tram stop. A great location to walk around Motomachi area to see the churches & red brick warehouse. We are delighted to be able to see cherry blossoms and enjoy the local carnival at Hakodate Park that is walkable from the hotel.
