The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to Hakodate Station & bus terminal and a fee minutes walk to the local tram lines. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size, notably so after experiencing the smaller rooms of hotels in Tokyo & Kyoto! Staff were friendly and helpful. The coin laundry was extremely useful and something I always look out for when booking hotels in Japan.

The penthouse inside and outside onsen pools were superb, and the views from the adjacent guest lounge were lovely (photos attached). It was so convenient being adjacent to the JR Hakodate Station.
