Perfect location - closed to the Hakkodate train station. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Very good breakfast. I addition, there is a special lobby for guests where you can get hot and cold drinks.

Able to get the 1 day tram ticket from the hotel. They only accept cash though.

Room was a little smaller than most hotels. Early April was still 2-8°C. Only heater works but consul was not working n had it changed. Window open for air circulation but too noisy facing tram route. Everything else was OK. My second trip at this hotel. Previously 2 nights, this time 3. Love the shower pressure. Coffee is complimentary at lobby lounge. Morning seafood market is just nearby. Thank you.

Was a last minute booking and ended up being one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at while traveling Japan for such a great price!
