Highly recommend! I stayed here for 7 nights and felt great the whole time. Everyone in the staff(Van Anh and all her co-workers) from the receptionists, waiters, cleaners, etc. were all very helpful and kind. Location is good, cleanliness is good. No complaints. They made my time in Haiphong a great one!

We loved having the opportunity to sleep in a building that was 100 years old. Really stunning design. Room was spacious. Everything worked well. Breakfast was more than amazing. Help from the reception staff was off the charts. They really saved our bacon on booking some ferry tickets out of Phu Quoc. They did a great job. All the service was incredible. We booked a very worthwhile cruise in Halong Bay too. They got us on the tour at the very last minute. Much appreciated.
