The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible after 18:00 and check-out until 14:00. Leaving on a night out will be charged an additional NIS 250 and must be arranged in advance with the reception. Please note that the Parking fee are : During weekdays is 40 NIS per day During weekends - 48 NIS per day.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.Please note that the rooftop pool is a wading pool and is suitable for dipping, relaxing and refreshing in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and is not a regular swimming pool.Late check out is not possible in all suite type rooms.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The room was clean, spacious and had a view of the skyline and the bay. The food at the Dekel restaurant was amazing. There was a fantastic buffet meat meal that we really enjoyed at night, and in the morning the breakfast was delicious. We didn;t even know about the restaurant when we arrived, and it was a a great relief when we discovered it! The hotel had sent me a link with details but I only saw the drinks menu through the link and assumed it was just a bar. Luckily, one of the workers told us about it when we asked about kosher options for dinner in the area. The hotel has a great view as it is situated at the bottom of the Bahai gardens which we visited the following day.

The room is comfortable beautifully designed and spacious. The service is kind and friendly. Breakfast is great.
