The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. The location is very good, just in the center of everything in Haifa. I asked to do an early checking and the host was kind enough to approve it. It was very easy to get in and the instructions were very accurate. All in all it was real pleasure to stay there (for one day)

This was a unique hospitality experience. Not your usual vacation rental (no tv, no jacuzzi and such amenities) Simple but unique old school design building. The location is perfect and all this at a modest price. Would highly recommend.

The house is located in the German colony which is the perfect location to stay in Haifa. Beautiful street with the view of the Bahai Gardens, many bars and restaurants around, bus stop right in front of the house etc. The unique vintage interior was very nice. We also very much liked the personal touch of the interior. The owner was very nice and flexible.
