Comfortable and clean, good central location, had laundry facilities and ability to book many tours through reception

Good location for shops, restaurants, motorbike rentals. The bed was comfortable We did not have our room cleaned whilst we were there and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, we think it was the drain.

The location was great close to the center, the rooms were very clean ! The staff was beyond nice, they helped us with everything from bike renting, to the day trip in the island, to planning our trip to Ha Giang and the loop. All for prices that were better than anything else we found elsewhere!

- there was little breakfast included in a price (4 options to choose - 3 egg variants and small pancake) - the rooms were big - good location - easy to book trips - Lan Ha trip was the best!
