Thamilly “Good location and comfortable room, but several aspects need improvement”

The location is excellent, very close to the main area and the pier, with many restaurants nearby. For location alone, it would be a 10/10. The room itself was relatively clean and well organized. The bed linen was clean, and the beds were large and comfortable. The room had a good amount of space, with a table and chairs, a dressing table, air conditioning (which we didn’t need because the weather was cold), a small fridge to keep water cold, and an electric kettle, which was a very positive point for making coffee. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable in terms of size. Breakfast was very good, with good-quality products, tasty food, several options, and the possibility to make small changes. The coffee was also very good. The staff provided a good level of service. It wasn’t exceptional, but it was helpful and polite. They gave us initial guidance, helped with our luggage, and one staff member spoke good English. When we asked them to receive a Shopee delivery for us, they were very helpful, which we really appreciated.
