My family and I stayed there in advance of my wedding nearby and our stay at The Lodge was quite simply the best short-term cottage rental/airbnb-style rental I have ever used. The cleanliness of this house was outstanding - quite simply the most clean and tidy rental I have ever stayed at. We had the use of a full kitchen, with lots of useful tools (I needed to assemble wedding cakes); the rest of the house was warm and welcoming, perfectly furnished, especially the bedrooms, which were wonderful. The owners were very helpful and I would without doubt stay here again.

Spacious accommodation for 6, very clean and comfortable with all kitchen facilities. All bedrooms en suite. Very close to town with good shopping outlets. Good communication with host and all arrangements generally easy to follow.

Lovely property, immaculate and very clean. A nice surprise to find some essentials provided. All bedrooms are ensuite which is a real plus. Location was perfect as it really is “off the high street” The owner was very friendly and was available if we needed anything, but we didn’t need a thing. All in all a little gem.
