Love this place. Love the location. Loved that there are only a few rooms set in a great garden. Always tranquil, serene. The entire staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. Special thanks to Sampath and Adi for the delicious food and the care they took to give exactly the right level of spicy. Also, for taking us for a walk when the hotel was quiet. This was our second time in the hotel. We came to Sri Lanka in 2018, and now, when planning our second trip, the first thing on our list was to book a revisit. It was even better. The garden is more lush (the gardener never stops!). And the pool area has been improved: it was gorgeous after a long hot day out. Best wishes for the new season: we would love to return one day.

Was probably the most authentic hotel of our stay: very charming during the day and getting a glimpse of the nature life at night (bats crossing the restaurant, ants in the bathroom, standard for a hotel in the nature). The breakfast was good and beds comfortable, room was clean. Room also featured a small fridge, a safe, ceiling fan, good aircon and a mosquito net for the bed is we wanted to use it. I made a mistake in our booking and the owner kindly agreed to let us shorten our stay to allow us to catch our flight

We spent three wonderful days at Sevanagama. The garden and rooms are beautifully maintained, surrounded by nature and wildlife, a peaceful and relaxing setting. We were truly touched by Suresh’s exceptional care. Suresh is kind, attentive, and always sharing great advice and arranging any situation! Highly recommended!

Really helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. We loved the swimming pool. A very relaxing place to stay. This was the best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka
