Friendliness and service of hotel staff was amazing. We asked to change rooms on arrival and it happened immediately. Bar service and restaurant service was brilliant and a great environment! Superb location.

Very comfortable private lodge accommodation overlooking the lake. Great swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the elephant safari and climbing sigiriya.

Our daughter has a nut allergy and the whole food and beverage team were helpful before and during our stay. They even contacted the next Cinnamon hotel in our itinerary to ensure she remained safe and comfortable on our trip. They cooked her food separately and to her request without fuss or extra expense.
