- The room was modern and functional - Very much appreciated the complimentary bottle of water - Did not expect tea and coffee making facilities, so we were positively surprised when we saw that they were provided - The location of the hotel is at the town's square. We found a lot of lovely cafés in the vicinity.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable. A special shoutout has to go to Yagmur, who was an absolute gem! Her kindness, helpfulness, and genuine care stood out and made me feel so valued as a guest. The room itself was a dream. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and boasting the most breathtaking view of the city I could have asked for. Waking up each morning to that stunning panorama was pure bliss. Everything about this hotel exudes quality and attention to detail, from the cozy beds to the impeccable service. It’s safe to say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

One of the competitive advantages of the hotel is that it has a nice swimming pool of a decent size and with pleasantly warm water. Perhaps not ideal for families with small children, but for adults who want to swim, it is very good that the pool is 1,40 cm deep from end to end, enabling proper swimming without hitting the bottom with one's knees. There is also a sauna. It is a nice touch that the hotel will offer bathrobs and towels for the spa, for free. There are a number of parking spots in the street, which are free at least later on Saturday and all of Sunday. Otherwise, the hotel has a garage for 13 Euros/24 hours, which is fairly reasonable. Breakfast is typical of a hotel in this price range, perfectly good, but not extraordinary, and not particularly cheap at 21 Euros per person.

Great location within Haan. Excellent choice and variety available at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was fine for a one night stay, had everything I needed to sleep well
