The fine print
Please note that for bookings during Full moon and New Year period, guests are required to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with information on how to do so. The room will be held up to 3 days until payment has been made. After 3 days without payment, the booking will automatically be canceled.For all Full Moon nights, room rates include a compulsory cocktail party for 2 guests. Any extra guests are charged separately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A truly wonderful hotel. It was quiet when we went and they upgraded us to a beach villa - that was really appreciated. The villa was beautiful, modern and spotless. The reception staff were amazing, as were all the staff we met. Location was also fantastic - just a short walk or even shorter (2 min) motorcycle ride into central Haad Rin. All facilities modern, beautiful and immaculately kept. Will stay again for sure and recommend to friends. Stayed many times in Haad Rin and across Koh Phangan. This has been our best experience.

The staff and the WhatsApp service was incredible. Every person who works there walks around smiling and they were genuinely happy to help with anything. The setting is absolutely stunning.
