The property can arrange a transfer from the Thongsala Pier or Haad Rin Pier to the resort at additional charges.On Full Moon Party nights, the property can also arrange a shared taxi to Haad Rin at additional charges.Guests who wish to use this service are requested to inform the property of their arrival details at least 24 hours before arrival.In the months of June and July 2025 there will be renovations in Orchid building and to our lobby. This may cause some noise disturbance for our guests, all facilities remain open as usual.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had such a great stay! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful sea view Room for our anniversary, which was a fantastic surprise — super stylish and comfortable. We also tried the ice bath and sauna experience, and it was amazing — refreshing and totally worth it. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend both the stay and the wellness area if you’re staying here!

The views are absolutely incredible, such beautiful rooms and facilities. The POOL is so amazing, and the bar there serves delicious cocktails. The staff are all gorgeous and brought a cake and sang happy birthday for my partner, the kids left with a little souvenir gift too. It was all just amazing

The rooms are super spacious, the beds were really big and comfortable, and the room came with a lovely garden overlooking the resort. The pool was clean and cool, with a great view straight over the sea, which made for an incredible morning swim. And the staff all over the resort have been so nice and welcoming!
