We had a fantastic stay. Everything was well organized and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially I want to highlight our butler Alee. We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after Alee during our stay, and he truly made our experience exceptional. From the first moment, Alee impressed us with his professionalism, warm personality and remarkable attention to detail.

This is the first cruise my husband and I have ever done so we were a bit apprehensive but I can honestly say it was the most amazing experience. The level of service from all staff is truly exceptional. We opted for 3 days 2 night cruise and it was so relaxing. The activities were great and are optional but I would recommend them all as they were a great way to see this very beautiful area. The food was fantastic, fine dining with a choice of Vietnamese or western options. Our room was exceptional. We opted to book an executive double with a terrace which was beautiful. Special thanks to both Amy and Harry who gave exceptionally good service. I would not hesitate to recommend this 5 star experience.

The team at the Elite of the Seas were exceptional from start to finish. Travelling with a 1 year old baby isn’t easy and the team made it seamless for me and my husband. The service was exceptional, the team were super friendly and attentive and the cruise ship itself was in a great condition. You get a six course lunch and an eight course dinner too! The team regularly played with my daughter and even helped look after her when she was being fussy to allow us to eat our meal. Serena and Harry made it extra special for us through their excellent and proactive hospitality and are a great asset to the Elite of the Seas team. We were recommended many cheaper cruise options but Elite of the Sea was worth the extra splurge. You get what you pay for! Highly recommended!
