IIf there are any signs of damage to the apartment or its contents, you will be liable for either repair or replacement costs of these items.
All amenities provided in the apartment shall not be taken out upon departure. Items such as kitchenware, utensils, electrical appliances, and fixtures & furniture shall be subject to a fee if they were found missing or damaged.A minimal fee of VND 3,000,000 will be imposed for cleaning and maintenance services if the apartment is found messy and disorganized upon checkout (including the rearrangements of furniture in the room).Smoking is also forbidden in the apartment (including the balcony) and smoking violation shall be subject to a fee of VND 5,000,000We welcome all well-mannered dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, and fish under ten (10) kgs full grown size. Domestically trained and vaccinated in compliance with local legislation requirements. No more than two (2) pets may occupy an apartment. Pets must be kept in a pet carrier or held by the owner when it is inside the property unless it is in the room. Access to pet’s friendly outdoor courtyard/garden (except public areas such as Restaurants, Residents’ Lounge, Kids’ Playroom, Swimming Pool, and Gymnasium). Other house rules will be applied.

We had an amazing room with a view and balcony over the city, was so nice to be able to sleep with a nice breeze after being in hotter places in Vietnam. Was great having a laundry we could also use. Restaurant also had amazing selection of food.

From the very moment I walked into the Citadines marina, I received excellent service. The rooms were great, the views were lovely. The service from all staff from Reception to dining staff and hotel maids was first rate. I feel I must offer my sincere thanks to a lady on reception called “Rachel” this lady was absolutely outstanding, her knowledge, her personality, her ability to get things done was first rate. The ASR chain are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff. She is a valuable asset to this organisation, and not only are they lucky to have her working for them. She is also a fantastic ambassador for this great hotel group.

My partner and I have just checked out from a 4 night stay in Citadines and we are sad to leave. Citadines was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It’s 10 minute grab from the Tuan Chau Marina Port if you wanted to do the day cruise round Ha Long Bay, however if you haven’t got plans to do the cruise then the hotel is sat right on a luxury beach with a beach bar, you can get bikes around Ha Long Marina or just sit by the pool if the weather is nice. I’d also recommend eating in the Soul Bowl restaurant that is attached to the hotel, the food was amazing with a big variety. The facilities as a whole were 10/10 and the staff were very friendly. We’d love to come back if we get the chance
