All parts of the hotel are exceptionally clean, bright and well-maintained. Despite the bad weather, it was clear that at sunnier times, it would be lovely to sit outside, either on our balcony or on the outside terrace, enjoying the view of the Ceira River with its backdrop of hills. We appreciated the heating, which was quiet and efficient. We didn’t use the shower, but it was large! The bathroom window overlooked the street and it didn’t have a blind which was a bit disconcerting. However,I think it had a one-way coating on it, but it wasn’t obvious to me. I would like to commend Diogo who went out of his way to keep us happy with his customer service recommendations prior to our visit.

It is very comfortable and clean. The lady who served our breakfast really made us feel at home. She called me and told me that I had forgotten my charger. The bread and coffe at the breakfast was tasty.
