Everything is great. The host is super friendly. The location is great. The table in the room is very useful. It definitely worths the money.

I feel like in relatives house,Artemij and Jervand are perfect friendly gentlemans,was gerat be together with them.

The owner is great and welcoming, but not able to speak english. He gave us coffee at the entrance. There is AC, eletcrikal kettle, refrigerator and a sink in the room. It is 10 min on walk to city center. There is a small window. You can prak your car outside in the street.
