The host was very attentive and hospitable. hotel rooms look exactly as on photos., very clean and equipped with all necessary things.

The place is really very gorgeous, very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities.All guesthouse was very fashionable and well designed. The host is very pleasant and polite. Location also is good, about 7 minutes walking to the center.

This is a perfect place, i mean really. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, easy access to everything, close to the center. The benefits of the place are 1. there is a separate kitchen, a large space with literally everything necessary, even if you want to cook yourself. A washing machine and refrigerator are also available. 2. The owner, Hrach is such a brilliant person, ready to help and support with whatever it is. On the first day of the arrival, he met us and offered 24 hours support in case of any need, This was really so kind of him. We left our bags there after check-in, and he was helpful with that as well. This is a special bonus. 3. The room is spacious, and clean, with everything necessary, including a toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, hotel slippers, and soap. The bathroom was clean, all the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. 4. Special thanks for the price. 5. Perfect location, far from the street noise but very close to the center. 6. There is a spacious hall, a co-working space in case you need it. 7. There is also a terrace in case you are a smoker. I would once again like to thank Hrach, next time I am definitely going to choose the same place for staying, also recommending it to my friends. Thank You!

Very nice small hotel not too far from the center. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. We also had breakfast and it was delicious.
