The room was spacious. I've gotten a free upgrade on the room. But what the front desk did not specifically informed me was, the upgraded room is on a smoking floor and I don't smoke. Luckily, not many guests smokes during my stay, so the smell was bearable. Otherwise, will certainly request for a change of room. Breakfast variety was good. You can order dosa however you want it and freshly made masala dosa was great. Room service food was good too, but nothing to shout. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary water bottles.

It was overall a very pleasant stay, was travelling for work and ended up reaching early. Ms Raveena was there to assist me in the reception. She made it possible for us to freshen up and also get the room a little early. Thank you for the gesture. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay there

It's an old wine in the hotel industry. Location is good. Took 10 mins from Airport. Pickup was comfortable by the hotel vehicle.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. We have not used for dinner or lunch due to work commitment. Bar was quite and bit pricy though.

The property was nice and clean, and it was only a 20-minute drive to the airport. We booked an Executive Room on the 8th floor, which had one full bathroom and a half bathroom (just a toilet). It also featured a walk-in wardrobe. Additionally, we received a complimentary airport drop-off shuttle.
