Very nice property loved the breakfast the restaurants- comfortable rooms with bathtubs … good service … for my sons bday they upgraded the room and did some decor and gave us a cake, made sure we felt special… outdoor play area and pool great … definitely recommend

Staff is the Best part of this property ! I saw few comments on internet regarding staff not polite & all… we had few apprehensions ! But, from the moment we entered the hotel , we saw the best possible smiles.. very courteous staff, welcoming faces and docile behaviour everywhere. Staff at restaurant ( especially a Lady chef Ms Muskaan & Ajoy Deva ( The steward) were prompt & extremely courteous. Being a hotelier myself , i must say the staff was thoroughly professional. The management has trained its staff well 👍🥂 Self wife & kids were happy to ne there & we are looking forward for a another stay in this beautiful property. They even have TT table next to swimming pool. Hotel location is very convenient to reach. Its next to very up-coming area of Gurgoan i.e opposite to Cyber Hub -2. Spacious rooms are another USP of the hotel. Very comfy beds & yes… prompt house keeping & F&B services 😀 Loved the every aspect of our stay ! Greets to whole staff

The staff assistance was top notch. Had some names in particular. Mahendra supervisor at the buffet breakfast, Mr Mac serving Tea, Elone at the desk. There were many more staff that were great, even the door staff at entrance. Rooms were good and clean.
