I loved my stay here. The rooms were very nice and comfy. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Ms. Pooja, Ms. Sakshi, Mr Rahul, Mr Gautam, and Mr Ashu, they all helped me with everything I needed. They all were very helpful. I would recommend staying here whether for a long stay or short. It was really worth it.

Excellent staff from the chef, front desk, housekeeping. Super friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. Decent bar. Terrace and decent gym with nice views. Comfortable clean rooms. There are plenty of other local food options next to and behind hotel within a 60 seconds walk. Hotel is not badly located for the international airport, for shopping malls and in the direction of Jaipur and Taj Mahal. Five star comfort but good value for money.

The location was convenient to the areas that we were visiting. More important the staff were exceptional right from the front desk, house keeping and the restaurant. The response and willing to assist spirit was superb.

The property is nice and well maintained . However the service and hospitality provided by Mr Amit and his team - particularly Mr Naman was incredible and very impressive. The best I have seen at any Hilton property! Would love to be back just for their service. Thank you team.

Called bell boy for check out. No one turned up. Another bell boy met us on our way to elevator-:asked if we were checking out but never assisted with luggage. Same was brought to notice of front desk- but nothing more than a smile . Again we dragged our luggage to the car but the front desk staff we gave our feedback to also turned a blind eye. That's not 5 star hospitality
