Parked at a nice location with easy access. Quick 3 min drive from town. Comfortable with climate control especially when it was cold outside.

All round great do it!! Ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay. 2K out of town. We cam in late and called the owner and he steered us in. Coffee, tea, noodles, bickies, warm water, clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, quiet on his property This owner has done it well. We picked up fixings for tea and enjoyed a very cosy night. Great value at 78 a night for an overnighter! I need to look up more of these van stays on people's properties, beats caravan parks. Thanks Dan
