Excellent property, very spacious and wonderfully located. We're not beach people, so having a clean pool and a jakuzzi was wonderful, and we drove to Playa Del Carmen if wanted the sand. The kitchen has anything one can imagine if you like to cook, big fridge, dishwasher and having salt/oil/tea available was great. Overall lovely and quiet area and we enjoyed our time of pure chill. Location makes it close to everything - 5 min from the airport, 15 min drive to the nice beaches, 20 min to the volcano and 30 to Playa Blanca which has a better vibe for going out in the evening. Great views!

Everything you could possibly need, lovely coffee maker and kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, lovely pool and hot tub, beds really comfortable and the owners very friendly and very helpful
