Very nice set up (old houses, large gardens, cosy common spaces) and top quality furnishings. Excellent breakfast, nicely and richly served (cheesebread, tropical fruits and juices). Quality bedding and bathroom.

An incredibly beautiful place. Unfortunately, we could only stay here for one night, but the house, with its history, the garden and the neighbourhood are all very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The stay made a very positive impression on my wife and me.

It is on a hill panorama point outside Guimaraes - a popular spot for locals for an excursion and a bit outside a tourist destination. It gave us a glimpse of another view of the city. The grounds are wonderful!

A lovely old house and a lovingly restored annex (the Gardener's House) make for an unforgettable stay. The room was cozy and welcoming, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing, including fresh fruit and just-prepared juices, bread, eggs... The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
