Please note that access to the health club, spa and swimming pool might have an additional fee per person per day.Please note that the use of flip-flops and swimming cap is mandatory in the swimming pool area.Please note that the Health Club & Spa is open from 7:30h until 21:30h, from Monday to Friday; from 8:30h to 20:30h on Saturdays; from 8:30h to 14:00h on Sundays and Holidays.Please also note that 1 child until 12 years of age will be able to stay free of charge in the existing bed, if accompanied by 2 adults.Please note that for reservations of 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old), the only room type available is the Family Room.Please note that the restaurant will be closed for dinner on the 31st of December and for lunch on the 1st of January, and the Health Club & Spa on the 25th December.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

All staff was looking sad, one of them was smelling cigarettes (at the breakfast). Asking for room service we had to go downstairs (bar) because the lady on the desk has refused to take our order … ridiculous. So my husband had to go down to the bar and place the order noticing the gentleman behind the bar was also not the most nice member of staff …. All the idea of room-service is around “not leaving” the room. The bread served for breakfast was standard (find a way of keeping it “fresh”. To work with people is not a easy thing, however, hospitality staff must be prepared to leave their problems at home, smile and be there for their customers. Simple as that.
