Stayed for 5 nights. Even got an early check in at 11:30am! Amazing hotel, very clean and neat. Rooms go through housekeeping maintenance everyday, water pressure in the bathroom (hot and cold) is very high. Bed is super Comfortable, double pillows on each bed! Super fast WiFi, Literally everything is in the room including the toiletries. Just baggage check-in. Staff speak good English including the cook at the egg station in the kitchen area. Free private car pickup from North Guilin Railway station! Buffet Breakfast and scenic view from the dining area is very nice. (though can't sit on the balcony due to extreme hot weather in the morning! ) but can enjoy the evenings at the cocktail bar. The streets are crowded with tourists because of the elephant hill scenic park opposite the hotel and the pagodas on the left side of the hotel. Most hotels in this area are filled with Chinese Group tour visitors. The longest food street is 300m away from the hotel which has Irish bar, Indian restaurant, Japanese Korean food and mainly lots of Chinese food. every 1/3 shop on the street is a tourist stall offering taxis, local trip bookings, sight seeing entry tickets, airport/railway station transfers (just like in the streets of Thailand), there is one counter at the hotel Lobby too!

Excellent location for Guilin attractions and close to city centre and pedestrian streets. Restaurant on the top floor overlooking the river and Elephant trunk hill offered outstanding views and served a good breakfast and evening meal. Rooms were clean with very good bathroom facilities. Lovely beds. Complementary soft drinks in the room fridge. Hotel has dedicated staff to help arrange trips and visits. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Has a boutique feel.
