This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever been! The attention to detail is wonderful, and the crew is absolutely amazing — especially Qin who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They took care of all my needs and made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

This hotel is located away from the city area around a pretty lake - they picked us up from the train station at Guilinxi. Our room had fabulous views of the lake and the karst mountains. It is a short walk to Reed Flute Cave. We had choice of Chinese or western breakfast. The in-house cafe served pretty good food. The reception staff were excellent. They booked us a driver and car to Longji Rice Terraces. The driver, Vincent spoke excellent English. We took Didi to the city area to explore the Elephant Trunk Hill, East West Road, Jingjiang Princes City and took the night cruise on Four lakes and 2 Rivers. The hotel helped us book a cruise on the Li River on the morning we checked out so we could go to Yangshuo. Big thanks to Qin and Melody!

The staff is really nice to us. Very helpful, helped us book a local guide. There are typical activities at the hotel such as Tea Ceremony and Calligraphy.
