It is a beautifully quaint guesthouse. Sarah is a wonderful host! She communicates so brilliantly & caters to your every need. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable. The amenities are glorious (wish I could’ve had more time to make better use of them!). 10/10 will stay again.

Beautiful location with many walking trails, close enough to town for convenience. Sarah and Dietrich were perfect hosts who immediately made me feel at home.

A real home away from home - perfect for what we were looking for. Messages from Sarah were clear and helpful, and in person she was just a perfect host. Can't recommend highly enough.

Orchard Paddocks is in a beautiful setting down a narrow lane through what feels like remote countryside. The house is gorgeous and the grounds are extensive, dotted with interesting outbuildings and lined with mature trees that were on fire with autumn colours when I stayed. Host Sarah could not have been nicer - genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. This was so welcome after a long drive in the rain. It felt like visiting the home of an old friend!
