Was warm and cosy in the room my son was in. He was exhausted and very cold when he arrived. He was asleep within half aan hour of arriving and he said he had an ‘amazing kip’ when he rung me in the morning. He said the breakfast was grand! Thank you.

Did not have breakfast as finished serving at 9am and felt £15 would be a lot for cereal as I can't eat a lot before 9am

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location and interesting hotel concept. Would have loved to try the breakfast but had to leave very early.

Staff very helpful, graceful and polite. They book a taxi for me before I checked in. Communication was made by email. They kept my bag for the all day after sign out whilst I was in town. They communicated well with change of staff. Small; Modern refurbishment of a old house; Free WiFi, Cozy reception with seating area and TV to liaise with fellow with self help bar outside normal hours ; WARM room and bathroom. Complimentary Water Bottle, tea, coffee, milk. Comfy bed and two pillows which were not to thick (I had a single bed!) 5mn walk from Railway Station to the train or the RAILAIR Bus to London Heathrow Airport ; 6mn-7mn from the High Street
