Our room was on the ground floor. It was very neat and there were options for a light breakfast in the room. We were lucky to get the parking space outside the property. Our hosts very very welcoming.

Nice welcoming. Good variety of breakfast. Comfortable bed, hot water 24/7, nice and Cosy atmosphere. I'll come back when I come to Guildford next time.

I had a great stay at Addison, John and Gina are fantastic hosts with a wealth of knowledge about their beautiful town. Everything was spotless, bed was comfy, shower hot and a fully stocked supply of breakfast foods if you want to stay in. The High St. is only a 5 minute walk and is a chance to get some fresh air on your way to all that Guildford has to offer. I have family who has moved there, so now have a place to come back to when I visit. Thanks John and Gina!
