It was perfect for our 2 dogs, loads of open space to walk the dogs in the morning and evening The breakfast basket was perfect for us.

A fantastic BnB perfect for exploring Rye and Hastings. Lovely interiors, great cosy room and Shannon the host was so welcoming. Booking.com says shared bathroom but actually had our own bathroom which was a plus! Will definitely be returning :)

Brilliant location, lovely room and communal space. The breakfast basket was a really nice touch. 100% would look to book again in future.

Don’t be put off by how cheap the stay is because this has been the best stay we have had in a very long time. We cannot fault a single thing, the staff were amazing and we loved the breakfast.
