Outstanding value for a lovely, large en-suite room with a great view of the extensive grounds. The breakfast of warm savoury and sweet croissants delivered to your door in the morning was lovely and Shannon was a very friendly host,

Good location - a short drive from Rye (about 15 mins) and our room faced the front garden. The beds are comfortable and well equipped. Outstanding value for money. Breakfast was served in a basket in the morning with warm pastries - this is great!
