We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is located near the Pirveli 1 lift, which was great for us, very good location. The room is spacious and clean, well heated and has everything you need. The lovely Nino and the nice hotel staff took care of everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were fresh and very tasty, and in the evening delicious and homely traditional food was served. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and we would be very happy to come back again.

Good location near Pirlveli lift. Delicious breakfast, good dinner. Spacious room, everything is clean. Hot water and warm radiators.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location - walking distance from the bottom ski lift . The hotel offers breakfast and dinner Dinner consisted of local cuisine and exposed us to Georgian food. storage room for ski gear Very nice and helpful staff

I had a great stay at the hotel, and it was all thanks to the amazing staff member, Nino. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, warm smile, and friendly attitude made a big difference in my experience. Honestly, Nino is the reason my stay felt special. I truly appreciate the hotel management for having such exceptional staff, and because of her, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I’m looking forward to visiting again in the future!
