I love the location, as it is next to the gondola. There are convenient stores and restaurants near to the property. Very safe place. Clean bathroom.

The staff was very helpful both before the reservation and on the way to the hotel. The rooms and toilets were extremely clean. The hotel was very warm. The people I stayed with were very respectful and friendly.

Great location as you literally walk out to the lifts and you come back down at the gate of your hostel without removing your gear. It's kind of a "party community hostel", with friendly staff and cool roommates of all ages. They have a common kitchen, laundry machine and boots heater.
