In the same buliding Spar-shop,perfect location,ski depot availability close to entry doors,new towels change after some days,very nice owner,balcony view.

Close proximity to all facilities, restaurants, ski rentals and Gondolas. Room clean, well prepared and accurate with description.

Our host was very helpful, friendly, and quick to answer any questions, accommodating all our requests. The room was very clean, with a great selection of cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a fridge. It was very warm in the room, with a good-sized balcony offering an amazing mountain view. On the first floor, we had access to ski and board storage, which made the trip to the ski field every day easier. The location is superb: a 4-minute walk to the ski lifts but not too close to be noisy. There is a supermarket in the same building, as well as a pharmacy.

Warm and cosy with a nice balcony with a partial mountain view (facing away from the slopes but still nice) fantastic location mere steps away from the Spar supermarket, bars and restaurants, and ski rental shops. 2 or 3 mins walk from the gondola. Will definitely stay again. The owner was veey friendly and able to organise transport from the airport to the residence and back to Tbilisi at a reasonable price.
